??1.??調查研究各種關鍵物料的需求及消耗情況，及時掌握關鍵物料的供應渠道和市場變化情況，制定合理的采購策略、優(yōu)化采購計劃。
??Research?a?variety?of?key?material?demand?and?consumption?situation,?control?the?key?material?supply?channels?and?the?market?updated?information,?set?up?the?reasonable?procurement?policy,?optimize?procurement?plan.
??2.??完善供應商開發(fā)評審制度，組織選擇及評估合格供應商，建立合格的供應商資源，與重點供應商建立戰(zhàn)略合作關系。

??3.??根據采購計劃，按照貨比三家的原則進行采購，保障物料的保質、保量、及時供應。
