??主要負(fù)責(zé)型材及外發(fā)采購和潛在供應(yīng)商開發(fā)儲備；采購成本控制和節(jié)約；配合計(jì)劃日常跟單叫貨，確保材料準(zhǔn)時到達(dá)。有鋁材采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)或做過鋁型材擠壓技術(shù)崗位者優(yōu)先。

??2.職責(zé)和權(quán)限/Responsibilities?and?Authorities
??1.??調(diào)查研究各種關(guān)鍵物料的需求及消耗情況，及時掌握關(guān)鍵物料的供應(yīng)渠道和市場變化情況，制定合理的采購策略、優(yōu)化采購計(jì)劃。
??Research?a?variety?of?key?material?demand?and?consumption?situation,?control?the?key?material?supply?channels?and?the?market?updated?information,?set?up?the?reasonable?procurement?policy,?optimize?procurement?plan.
??2.??完善供應(yīng)商開發(fā)評審制度，組織選擇及評估合格供應(yīng)商，建立合格的供應(yīng)商資源，與重點(diǎn)供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。
??Set?up?the?supplier?evaluation?system,?organize?the?selection?and?evaluation?of?qualified?suppliers,?build?the?qualified?suppliers?of?resources?pool?and?establish?strategic?cooperative?relationship?with?key?suppliers.?
??3.??根據(jù)采購計(jì)劃，按照貨比三家的原則進(jìn)行采購，保障物料的保質(zhì)、保量、及時供應(yīng)。
