?????Assist?to?maintain?and?update?documents?filing

?????Assist?in?preparing?presentations?including?translation,?formatting,?printing?and?distribution

?????Handle?routine?correspondence?and?coming/outgoing?mails?as?required.

?????Calendar?maintenance?if?required

?????Replenish?office?supplies,?equipment?and?stationery

?????Support?for?other?admin?related?as?required?by?your?assigned?manager/director,?such?as?office?admin.?support,?visa?application,?invitation?letters,?team?building?activities

JOB?REQUIREMENTS:

?????Bachelor?degree?major?in?secretary?or?business?administration?related

?????At?least?2-3?years?admin?experience?

?????Fluent?both?in?written?and?verbal?English,?proficiency?in?computer

?????Must?be?good?at?Microsoft?Office?Software?(PowerPoint,?Word,?Excel,?Access,?etc.)?
