1.?負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)與設(shè)計；包括新產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)工藝開發(fā)與設(shè)計和新產(chǎn)品模具、檢具、夾具的開發(fā)與設(shè)計等；
Responsible?for?new?product?development?and?design;?Including?technology?development?and?design?for?new?products?and?new?product?mould?and?tooling?development?and?design,?etc;
2.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的試產(chǎn)及試裝；
Responsible?for?the?pilot?production?for?new?products?and?assembly;
3.確認(rèn)新產(chǎn)品的BOM表及生產(chǎn)工藝等，確認(rèn)樣品零件；
Check?and?confirm?BOM?and?production?process?of?new?products,?etc.,?validate?and?verify?sample;?
4.審核BOM表及維護和持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
Review?and?maintain?the?BOM,?and?make?continuous?improvement?when?needed;?
5.對產(chǎn)品試裝工藝狀況監(jiān)督檢查，以及提供技術(shù)支持；
Supervise?and?inspect?for?product?process?condition?and?provide?technical?support;
6.針對公司現(xiàn)有的目前產(chǎn)品的功能、外觀及性能完善和改良，提出計劃和方案；
Make?action?plan?for?the?current?product?appearance?and?performance?improvement?if?needed;?
7.處理生產(chǎn)上出現(xiàn)的異?；蛲话l(fā)問題；
Handle?abnormal?or?emergency?problems?for?production;?
8.不定期了解市場上的新品情況，并跟進(jìn)我司的新產(chǎn)品投放市場跟蹤反饋情況。
To?understand?the?new?product?situation?in?the?market,?follow?up?and?get?feedback?on?our?new?products?from?the?market?
要求?Requirement：
1、材料,化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Material,?chemical?or?related?field?preferred;
2、有塑料產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗；
Rich?experience?in?plastic?product?development;
3、有一定的創(chuàng)新意識；
Have?the?sense?of?innovation;?
4、熟悉塑料,樹脂產(chǎn)品的性能,加工工藝；
Familiar?with?plastic?product?performance?and?processing?technology;
5、熟練使用CAD等繪圖軟件；
Good?skilled?in?use?of?CAD?and?other?drawing?software;
6、積極,務(wù)實,責(zé)任心強。
