1.負責貨柜房項目產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)裝監(jiān)控，確保項目的內(nèi)裝可以按時按質(zhì)按量完成

2.負責整個貨柜房項目的品質(zhì)管理與監(jiān)控，具體如下：
Be?responsible?for?the?quality?control?and?supervision?of?container?house?project?whole?decoration?process,?details?as?follows:
1）協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理制定成品的內(nèi)裝質(zhì)量檢驗流程與標準
Assist?PM?to?make?the?inspection?procedure?and?standard?for?inspecting?finished?goods.
2）??現(xiàn)場品質(zhì)監(jiān)控，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，提出糾正預防措施及長期改善方案反饋給項目經(jīng)理及挪威品質(zhì)經(jīng)理，并在項目中實施有效方案。
?Control??the?quality?on?site?and?discover?problems?in?time,?provide?corrective?actions??and?improvement?plans?to?PM?and?Norwegian?quality?manager,?and?implement??effective?solutions?to?fix?the?problems?in?the?project.
3）根據(jù)項目經(jīng)理的驗貨計劃，按要求進行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及內(nèi)裝的質(zhì)量檢驗。
Be?responsible?for?the?inspection?of?steel?structure?and?decoration?part?according?to?PM’s?inspection?plan?and?related?requirements.
4）?協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理對裝修材料質(zhì)檢文件、材料樣板進行歸類整理?Assist?PM?to?file?the?material?certification?documents??and?material?samples.
5）協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理歸檔過程檢驗文檔
Assist?PM?to?file?the?process?inspection?documents.
3.?參與技術(shù)方案討論與改進。????
Participate?the??technical?issues?and?solutions?discussion?and?improvement.
4.?與項目經(jīng)理，中山辦公室、制造工廠等項目相關方保持暢順、專業(yè)的溝通，確保項目順利實施。
Keep?good?and?professional?communication?with??container?house?project?related?parties?like?PM,?ZS?office?and?manufacturing??factory,?to?make?sure?the?project?is?smoothly?implemented.
5.協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理完成其它相關貨柜房項目的任務

任職資格?Qualification:??
?？埔陨蠈W歷?,?機械制造，機電工程，水電暖通等相關專業(yè)
Junior??College?Degree?or?Above?,?Mechanical\Water??Electricity\HVAC?or?related?majors
????經(jīng)驗?Experience:
1.兩年或以上房屋室內(nèi)裝修相關經(jīng)歷，熟悉裝修工程工序安排，有室內(nèi)裝修涉及的電路，給排水，通風系統(tǒng)等相關經(jīng)驗。Two?years?or?above??related?experience?in?House?Decoration?Project?Management,?familiar?with??decoration?procedure?arrangement,?have?related?experience?on?electricity,??water,?ventilation,?etc.?
2.有公寓、酒店等高檔精裝修項目主管經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮Project?leader?experience??in?apartment/hotel?refined?decoration?is?preferred.

1.工科背景，對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、焊接有一定了解；Engineering?background.?Understanding?of?steel?structure?and?welding.
