崗位職責(zé):1.?Local?and?remote?users?Support?on?windows?client,?Mac?client,?email,?zoom,?Cisco?network?devices.本地和異地的Windows,Mac客戶端,電子郵件,ZOOM,思科網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的用戶支持;2.?IT?Project?solution,?deployment,?support?and?management.IT項(xiàng)目解決方案,實(shí)施,支持和管理;3.?IT?Asset?management,?IT?Change?Management,?IT?Documentation.???IT資產(chǎn)管理,變更管理,文檔;4.?Remote?team?coordination?and?communication.異地團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和溝通。崗位要求:1.?1-2?years?experience?in?enterprise?level?user?environment?support,?grasps?conception?of?Active?Directory,?DNS,?DHCP,?windows?client,?Mac?client,?Email?Office?365,?basic?Cisco?configuration?on?layer?2?switch,?and?PBX?telephony?system.????1-2年企業(yè)級(jí)別用戶環(huán)境支持經(jīng)驗(yàn),掌握AD,DNS,DHCP,Windows,Mac,Office365的基本概念,熟悉二層交換機(jī)和電話程控系統(tǒng)的基本配置;2.?Experience?on?SANFOR?or?related?IPS?and?user?activity?control?system?would?be?preferred.有深信服或者相關(guān)IPS以及用戶行為管理系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳;3.?Can?hands?on?work?individually?to?handle?user?issues?on?desktop,?laptop,?win10,?win7,?Mac?computers,?and?ip?phones.能夠獨(dú)立處理用戶計(jì)算機(jī),筆記本,Win10,Win7,Mac計(jì)算機(jī)或者電話的各種問題;4.?Understand?and?have?good?experience?on?communication?and?hands-on?of?troubleshootings.理解和掌握故障定位排除的方法;5.?Good?team?player,?open?mind,?easy?going,?learning?heart.有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,開放善于溝通,善于學(xué)習(xí);6.?Prefer?to?have?experience?on?ZOOM,?Video?conference,?cloud?based?services.有ZOOM或者視頻會(huì)議,以及云服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳;7.?General?English?ability?both?on?oral?and?writing基本的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書寫能力。
