主要職責：
-根據(jù)公司開店拓展戰(zhàn)略和要求在責任區(qū)域?qū)ふ液线m的店面
-籌備并承擔與店鋪業(yè)主的首輪談判
-準備并向上司呈報內(nèi)部審批文件
-在上級經(jīng)理的指導下承擔有關(guān)證照申領(lǐng)的工作
-在責任區(qū)域內(nèi)定期進行市場調(diào)研
要求：
-大專或以上學歷，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者可放寬至中專學歷
-具有零售或房地產(chǎn)公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
-具英語溝通能力
-良好的溝通及人際交往能力

Requirements:
－College?degree?or?above
－Experience?in?retailing?or?real?estate?companies?will?be?an?advantage
