職位描述（Job Description）

作為支持運維組一員，匯報給高級技術(shù)經(jīng)理，主要負責(zé)global的Messaging和相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，如商務(wù)用的Exchange?（電子郵件）、Active?Directory（活動目錄）和Lync?/?Skype等的運維工作。
職責(zé)寬泛，包括管理和合作的服務(wù)提升創(chuàng)新、DR測試和計劃、24*7?應(yīng)急響應(yīng)支持、變革管理，并酌情為其他Windows團隊提供3層服務(wù)。
主要職責(zé)：
1. 和高級技術(shù)管理者、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理和項目經(jīng)理一起，協(xié)助進行指令集的技術(shù)實施與升級；
2. 使用現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品進行服務(wù)升級，避免不必要的新產(chǎn)品購買；
3. 遵守安全規(guī)則；
4. 在團隊的職權(quán)范圍內(nèi)，支持操作層面的運維。管理問題和事故單，并按要求參加IRBs；
5. 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的運維管理；
6. 保證跨部門、跨地域的有效溝通，包括識別新技術(shù)、技術(shù)壁壘，努力提高整體業(yè)務(wù)水平；
7. 各種層面上的優(yōu)質(zhì)溝通。

Purpose?of?your?role
Reporting?to?a?Senior?Technical?Manager,?the?incumbent?will?be?a?member?of?the?BAU?Support?Team?with?a?primary?focus?on?the?Messaging?&?Collaboration?infrastructure?i.e.?Exchange,?Active?Directory,?Lync?/?Skype?for?Business.
Responsibilities?will?be?wide?ranging?including?managing?and?coordinating?Service?Improvement?initiatives,?DR?testing?and?planning,?being?part?of?the?24x7?on?call?rota,?change?management?and?providing?3rd?line?support?to?other?Windows?Group?teams?as?appropriate.
