Mission?1:??Manage?the?maintenance?needs?of?our?existing?clients,?regarding?the?range?of??the?following?products:?auto-belays,?freefall?devices?and?zipline?devices.?Each??of?these?products?require?an?annual?inspection?and?recertification.?This??implies?to:
???contact?the?clients?in?order?to???????organize?the?inspection?and?recertification
???liaise?with?the?logistics?manager???????in?order?to?ship?the?devices?to?and?from?our?maintenance?center
???prepare?quotations?when?parts?of???????these?devices?need?to?be?replaced
???collect?the?payment?and?ensure???????that?the?replacement?and?repair?are?correctly?done?by?our?technician

1.?根據(jù)現(xiàn)有客戶的需要組織維修產(chǎn)品服務：Auto?Belay保護器、Freefall設(shè)備、Zipline設(shè)備。以上產(chǎn)品均需要年度檢查及認證。
-聯(lián)系客戶進行檢查及認證
-聯(lián)系物流經(jīng)理以保證產(chǎn)品運輸至維修中心
-當部分產(chǎn)品需要換新時準備相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的報價
-追蹤貨款，確保相關(guān)技術(shù)人員正確完成產(chǎn)品換新及維修
2.?解決客戶的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品問題，產(chǎn)品包括：Auto?Belay保護器、Freefall設(shè)備、Zipline設(shè)備
-在解決過程中收集所有需要的信息資料
-將所收集的資料同部門經(jīng)理溝通
-告知客戶解決辦法
3.?向現(xiàn)有客戶交叉銷售零售產(chǎn)品（產(chǎn)品包含：Auto?Belay保護器、Freefall設(shè)備、Zipline設(shè)備、BelayMate保護器、PPE等）
4.?負責亞洲各地的攀巖運動場的Auto-Belay自動保護器的銷售和相關(guān)維護服務
5.?客戶經(jīng)理也需要偶爾負責有關(guān)攀巖墻客戶的相關(guān)工作
工作要求：
具有高度組織能力：可以同時管理多個客戶的需求
具有良好的中英文溝通及書寫能力--母語為中文的需提供相關(guān)英語等級證書
具有一定的計劃管理能力：可以制定清晰的計劃，并根據(jù)計劃行事，以預測需求并及時提供相關(guān)服務
