合約：全職
工作職責：
對接方圓香港團隊，負責財務(wù)及稅務(wù)日常工作流程，整理歸檔，審計協(xié)助;
負責公司基金日常管理，基金的估值和會計核算，與托管行的估值結(jié)果和現(xiàn)金頭寸的核對等工作，為相關(guān)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
負責基金的年度審計工作審計，協(xié)助提供審計所需文件如審計詢證函、月結(jié)單等及審查財務(wù)報表；
準備公司的管理帳目;
及時、準確地執(zhí)行資金調(diào)撥;定期支付管理費、投顧費和券商傭金等；
其他分配的工作和項目?
要求：
國內(nèi)外大學會計類或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
具有四大審計事務(wù)所從業(yè)經(jīng)歷，或基金會計從業(yè)經(jīng)歷；
了解基金運作流程及精通基金會計估值核算者優(yōu)先；
熟悉IFRS及國內(nèi)會計準則,?持有會計從業(yè)資格證書優(yōu)先；
要求英語書面能力優(yōu)秀，粵語流利是加分項；
具有高度責任心和團隊協(xié)作能力，認真仔細，能適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境;

Responsibilities:
Coordinate?with?the?team?members?in?Hong?Kong?for?daily?accounting?support?and?audits;
Liaise?with?Fund?administrators?and?responsible?for?NAV?calculation?and?reconciliation,?provide?financial?information?to?relevant?departments;
Liaise?with?external?auditors?on?funds’?audit?matters?and?reviewing?financial?statements;
Prepare?management?accounts?of?entities;
Manage?cashflows?among?group?companies?and?settlement?of?payments?and?expenses;
Handle?adhoc?tasks?and?projects?as?required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s?degree?in?Accounting?or?related?disciplines?in?China?(graduates?from?overseas?universities?are?also?welcome)
Working?experiences?in?Big?Four?accounting?firms?or?Fund?Accounting?are?preferable;
Knowledge?of?Fund?operations?and?Fund?accounting?is?an?advantage;
Familiar?with?IFRS,?CPA/ACCA?holder?is?preferred;
Excellent?command?in?written?and?spoken?English,?Cantonese?fluency;
Strong?sense?of?responsibility,?a?team?player,?attention?to?details,?able?to?work?in?a?fast-paced?environment.
