在工廠級(jí)別，提供精益專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和指導(dǎo)，基于精益制造原則，為實(shí)現(xiàn)操作業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)作出貢獻(xiàn)。
At?Plant?level,?provide?lean?expertise?and?coaching?based?on?lean?manufacturing?principles?to?contribute?to?achieve?operational?business?targets
2.建立并維護(hù)工廠精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)，降低工廠各類(lèi)資源的投入，提高生產(chǎn)效率；
To?build?and?maintain?the?lean?management?system,?in?order?to?reduce?the?input?of?kinds?of?resources?and?enhance?the?working?efficiency；
3.對(duì)各生產(chǎn)部門(mén)進(jìn)行精益工具的培訓(xùn)，指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)部門(mén)運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)工具解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題；
Providing?trainings?and?coaching?to?shop?floor,?and?instruct?them?to?solve?the?problems?by?lean?tools?and?principles；
4.制定有效的生產(chǎn)效率提升計(jì)劃，對(duì)直接人工成本進(jìn)行管理和改進(jìn)，確保工廠達(dá)成直接人工成本的預(yù)算
Ensure?routing?and?coefficient?data?management?methodology?is?correctly?applied?and?respected,?for?direct?standard?and?actual?Labor?cost?accuracy.
5.精益原則等研討會(huì)有助于減少交貨時(shí)間雖然產(chǎn)線在繼續(xù)運(yùn)作中，以及布局優(yōu)化，拉動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和加速產(chǎn)線
Just-in-time?production:?Contribute?to?the?lead?time?reduction?though?the?implementation?of?continuous?flow,?layout?optimization,?pull-system?and?speed?up?flows?by?coaching?and/or?leading?FES/Lean?principles?workshops.
6.監(jiān)督工廠精益生產(chǎn)的實(shí)施情況，對(duì)工廠精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)施跟蹤和反饋；
To?audit?and?supervise?the?implement?of?lean?management.
7.評(píng)估各車(chē)間一線管理人員精益生產(chǎn)的能力，根據(jù)評(píng)估情況，制定能力提升計(jì)劃；
To?appraise?the?lean?capability?of?operators,?then?set?up?the?improvement?plan.?
8.宣傳優(yōu)秀改善項(xiàng)目和案例，建立優(yōu)秀改善案例檔案；?
To?collect?and?propagandize?the?excellent?cases

任職要求Requirements：
公辦全日制大學(xué)本科（含）以上學(xué)歷工業(yè)工程、機(jī)械制造、車(chē)輛工程相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
Bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?of?industrial?engineering,?machine?manufacturing?or?vehicle?engineering;
2.?大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或具備以上水平，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)良好；
At?least?CET4,?Good?spoken?English.
3.?2年以上精益生產(chǎn)推進(jìn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有6西格瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
At?least?2?years?working?experiences?in?lean?manufacturing,?six?sigma?experiences?will?be?primarily?considered.
4.?精益生產(chǎn)理論和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)浪費(fèi)改善、效率提升、制造物流等各種改善技巧；
Proficiency?in?lean?manufacturing?theory,?improvement?techniques?in?on-site?waste,?efficiency,?logistics;
5.的項(xiàng)目管理、溝通協(xié)調(diào)及執(zhí)行能力。
Excellent?skills?in?project?management,?communication,?coordination?and?execution.
