The?Role
This?position?will?work?as?the?person?in?charge?to?support?vehicle?level?testing?for?reliability?tests?performed?on?several?test?sites.?The?primary?objective?of?this?role?is?to?be?responsible?for?the?concerns?that?arise?from?whole?vehicle?and?component?testing?activities,?working?closely?with?our?customers?to?ensure?resolution?and?successful?revalidation.?This?will?be?done?through?conducting?vehicle?level?tests,?including?extreme?environmental?tests,?in?accordance?with?test?plans?and?test?procedures?and?communicate?test?results?to?engineering?teams?for?successful?validation?to?customer?requirements.?The?successful?candidate?for?this?position?must?have?a?broad?background?in?automotive?technology?and?demonstrable?team?leading?and?organizational?skills?in?a?dynamic?and?fast?paced?environment.
Your?tasks
●?As?a?Project?Engineer?(f/m),?you?are?the?main?contact?person?on?site?for?all?project?participants?including?the?customer.
●?You?coordinate?the?vehicle?testing?operation?and?ensure?the?high-quality?processing?of?the?project?tasks
●?You?will?work?out?and?evaluate?individual?test?programs?and?scenarios?for?vehicles?or?their?components?in?close?communication?with?our?customers
●?In?addition,?you?are?overall?responsible?for?the?evaluation?of?the?vehicles?and?prepare?technical?analyzes?as?well?as?regular?reports
●?Furthermore,?you?instruct?onsite?personnel?on?test?scenarios,?analysis?activities?and?technical?innovations?on?test?vehicles
Your?qualification
●?3?years?of?test?and?validation?or?technical?project?management?experience?(ex.?Handling/Resolution?of?Complaints,?SW-,?Product-,?Vehicle-,?HW-Testing)
●?Knowledge?of?methods,?techniques,?parts,?tools?and?materials?used?in?vehicle?maintenance,?diagnosis?and?repair
●?Ability?to?operate?a?wide?variety?of?workshop?tools?and?equipment
●?Ability?to?operate?and?use?diagnostic?scan?tools,?scopes,?meters,?and?other?test?equipment
●?Experience?in?operating?data?acquisition?systems?(Dataloggers)?for?data?collection?as?well?as?post?processing?and?analyze?data?using?tools?(eg.?CANoe/Matlab)?to?validate?system?performance?is?desirable
●?Strong?interpersonal?and?communication?skills?are?an?absolute?requirement?to?establish?effective?working?relationships?with?test?team?and?customer
●?Effectively?handle?multiple?priorities,?organize?workload,?and?meet?deadlines
●?Proficient?computer?skills?in?Microsoft?Office?Suite?(Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
●?A?strong?work?ethic,?proven?follow-through?skills,?and?a?“can-do”?attitude?are?a?must
