??負責(zé)模具修理、維護、保養(yǎng)、清洗和點檢等，確保車間生產(chǎn)的正常進行。
Responsible?for?die?repair,?maintenance,?washing?and?point?inspection,?etc.?To?ensure?the?normal?production.
主要職責(zé)：Major?responsibilities
參與制定模修區(qū)域的工作計劃并完成車間下達的各項指標；
Participate?in?making?the?work?plan?of?die?repairing?area?and?finish?the?various?target?issued?by?workshop.
按照工藝規(guī)程和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書進行生產(chǎn)；
According?to?the?Technological?Procedure?(TP)?and?the?Operator?Instruction?Sheet?(OIS)?for?the?production.
具有為生產(chǎn)服務(wù)的意識，高效率高質(zhì)量的完成模具問題的處理；
Nice?consciousness?service?for?production,?and?complete?the?die?problems?with?high?quality,?high?efficiency?of?the?process.?
推行模具的預(yù)防性維護和保養(yǎng)，確保模具在生產(chǎn)過程中可靠性；
Implement?die?preventive?maintenance,?ensure?die?is?reliable?in?the?process?of?production.?
良好的安全意識，確保日常生產(chǎn)過程中的安全操作；
Good?safety?awareness,?ensure?the?safety?operation?in?daily?production?process.
負責(zé)模修區(qū)域的現(xiàn)場5S的執(zhí)行和保持；
Responsible?for?die?maintenance?zone?5S?implementation?and?maintenance.
參加培訓(xùn)工作，不斷提高技能和素質(zhì)；
Attend?training,?improve?constantly?skills?and?qualities。
嚴格執(zhí)行公司規(guī)章制度；
Strictly?implement?company?policies.
參與持續(xù)改善工作；
Participate?on?continuous?improvement?work。
協(xié)助工藝工程師完成模具修理方案的制定和確認；
Assist?the?process?engineer?to?accomplish?die?repair?scheme?formulation?and?confirmation
完成車間其它工作；
Complete?other?work?for?workshop.

任職條件：Qualification
中專以上學(xué)歷；
Technical?secondary?school?degree?or?above.
為人正直，良好的團隊合作能力；
Honest,?the?good?team?cooperation?ability.
在汽車大型沖壓模具的維修維護方面有豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗；
Having?rich?practical?experience?in?car?large?stamping?die?maintenance.
具備壓機、模具、質(zhì)量控制和計算機運用等專業(yè)知識；
Having?the?press,?die,?Quality?Control,?usage?of?computers?and?other?professional?knowledge.
具有電、氣焊、氬弧焊、行車證。
Having?welding,?gas?welding,?argon?arc?welding,?and?crane?certification.
