1、裝配產(chǎn)能的維護(hù)?Assembly?Capacity?Maintaining
根據(jù)年度銷售計(jì)劃及物流滾動(dòng)要貨計(jì)劃，對(duì)職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的裝配及調(diào)試設(shè)備的產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行核查并及時(shí)反饋給需求方，在與裝配規(guī)劃工程師溝通并協(xié)調(diào)后負(fù)責(zé)在現(xiàn)有工藝及設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上的產(chǎn)能改進(jìn)措施計(jì)劃及實(shí)施，同時(shí)通過(guò)第2、3項(xiàng)工作的開展，維護(hù)工藝及設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的產(chǎn)能和質(zhì)量。
Timely?check?the?capacity?situation?of?the?assembly?and?testing?processes?within?the?responsible?scope?according?to?the?yearly?sales?plan?and?logistic?demand?rolling?plan,?give?the?feedback?to?the?required?site,?plan?and?implement?the?improvement?in?cooperation?and?tight?communication?with?assembly?industrial?engineer,?by?carrying?out?the?work?stated?in?item?2?and?3,?maintain?the?process?and?equipment?to?achieve?the?expected?capacity?and?quality.
2、裝配過(guò)程的維護(hù)?Assembly?Process?Maintaining
維護(hù)批產(chǎn)狀態(tài)的裝配過(guò)程，包括操作指導(dǎo)文件、過(guò)程特性及參數(shù)、工裝刀具的保持、改進(jìn)及修改。
Maintain?the?assembly?process?that?has?been?in?SOP?production,?including?maintaining,?improving?and?modifying?the?operation?instruction,?process?characteristic?and?parameter?as?well?as?the?tooling?and?fixture.
3、裝配生產(chǎn)中技術(shù)問題的解決?Technical?Problem?Solving?During?Assembly?Production
監(jiān)控批產(chǎn)狀態(tài)的裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，及時(shí)有效地會(huì)同生產(chǎn)直接及輔助部門解決產(chǎn)品裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)及管理問題，特別是裝配過(guò)程直接相關(guān)的工裝、工藝過(guò)程、設(shè)備問題，從裝配工藝和工業(yè)技術(shù)角度確保生產(chǎn)的正常穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行并保持年度工作目標(biāo)要求的特定責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)設(shè)備全局效率（OEE）。
Monitor?the?assembly?process?that?has?been?in?SOP?production,?timely?and?effectively?work?with?production?managing?dept.?and?production?assisting?dept.?to?solve?the?technical?and?managerial?problems?occurred?from?assembly?production,?esp.?the?problem?directly?linked?to?the?fixture/tooling,?process,?equipment,?ensure?the?production?running?in?a?stable?status?from?the?aspect?of?assembly?process?and?industrial?technology,?so?that?the?OEE?of?the?specific?responsible?area’s?equipment,?as?required?in?the?personal?yearly?target,?will?be?achieved.
4、工藝文件維護(hù)?Process?Documentation?Maintaining
對(duì)于批產(chǎn)狀態(tài)的裝配過(guò)程，建立（必要時(shí)）并維護(hù)裝配生產(chǎn)所需的指導(dǎo)性工藝文件，例如（但不僅限于）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書（裝配）、裝配工序卡（如需要）、裝配跟蹤卡、裝配流程圖、裝配過(guò)程失效模式分析（PFMEA，與項(xiàng)目小組成員一同制定和更新）、換型指導(dǎo)書（一般由裝配工藝人員主導(dǎo)制訂，參見第10點(diǎn)）、缺陷件使用指導(dǎo)書（配合質(zhì)保人員制訂，參見第10點(diǎn)，特殊情況下如需要可由裝配工藝人員主導(dǎo)制訂）等，以上工藝文件將視公司的質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的更新而增減。
一般情況下，如無(wú)另行規(guī)定，裝配工藝文件的第一稿制定和簽發(fā)均由負(fù)責(zé)的裝配規(guī)劃工程師完成。
As?for?the?assembly?process?that?has?been?in?the?SOP?production,?create?(when?necessary)?and?maintain?the?process?documentation?that?needed?for?guiding?the?assembly?production,?e.g.?(but?not?limited?to)?standard?operational?instruction?(for?assembly),?assembly?process?instruction?(when?necessary),?assembly?traveler,?assembly?flowchart,?assembly?PFMEA?(defined?and?updated?together?with?project?team?members),?changeover?instruction?(document?creation?to?be?led?by?assembly?manufacturing?engineer,?refer?to?Item?1-7),?dummy?cycle?instruction?(in?a?normal?condition?document?creation?to?be?led?by?quality?engineer,?refer?to?Item?1-7,?when?it’s?specially?required?document?creation?can?be?led?by?assembly?manufacturing?engineer),?and?so?on.?The?documents?listed?above?can?be?more?or?less?depending?on?the?update?of?company’s?quality?and?production?managing?system.
Unless?specially?defined,?the?creation,?signature?looping?and?distribution?of?the?first?edition?of?above-listed?process?documentation?shall?be?done?by?the?responsible?assembly?industrial?engineer.
任職要求
1、大學(xué)及以上文化程度，從事三年及以上技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Under?graduated?or?above,3?year?minimum?working?experience?in?technical?fields.
2、初級(jí)以上技術(shù)任職資格；
With?qualification?for?primary?technical?title?or?above.
3、掌握英語(yǔ)或德語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫技能，能用外語(yǔ)進(jìn)行日常工作交流；
With?basic?skill?of?English?or?German;?can?communicate?with?foreign?language?in?daily?work.
4、具有學(xué)習(xí)力，積極進(jìn)取精神；
With?study?ability,?initiatives?and?motivation.
5、具備優(yōu)良的思想品質(zhì)，正確的價(jià)值觀，認(rèn)同公司經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和核心價(jià)值觀；
