崗位職責(zé)
1.?根據(jù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，分析客戶需求，制定軟件釋放內(nèi)容及計(jì)劃?，監(jiān)控軟件開發(fā)計(jì)劃。
Develop?SW?release?content?plan?according?to?the?project’s?milestone?and?customer?requirement.?Monitor?the?software?development?plan.
2、作為開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶之間的接口，分析客戶需求，確定電子電氣接口，通信，診斷等技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)。Analyze?customer’s?requirements,?develop?communication,?diagnostic?requirement?and?E&E?technical?solution?as?a?Windows?person?between?customer?and?SW?development?team.
3、負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部資源協(xié)調(diào)，制定軟件集成計(jì)劃，HiL?測試計(jì)劃，軟件釋放計(jì)劃，協(xié)助?TPL?制定系統(tǒng)釋放計(jì)劃。

4、軟件需求管理，及變更管理，變更影響分析。

任職要求
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor?degree?or?above.
2、掌握英語或德語聽說讀寫技能，能用外語進(jìn)行日常工作交流；
With?basic?skill?of?English?or?German;?can?communicate?with?foreign?language?in?daily?work.
3、具有學(xué)習(xí)力，執(zhí)行能力，溝通能力和理解能力；
