Assist?in?Departmental?operations?including?but?not?limited?to
Department?meeting?organization/set-up
Scheduling?candidate?interview
Coordinating?visitor?schedule?and?hosting
Preparing?new?employee?on-boarding?packages
Assisting?the?department?in?the?maintenance?of?OPX2,?ACTIM,?and?other?project/resource?management?database
Communicate?with?internal?(local?and?global)?and?external?(Travel?agency,?Hotel?Customer,?Key?Opinion,?Leaders,?etc)?relations?on?a?professional?level.
