工作職責(zé)：
1、熟悉Amazon的各項(xiàng)政策，負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)亞馬遜營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)，開展在亞馬遜全球各站點(diǎn)（US、UK、DE、FR、IT、ES、JP）的運(yùn)營(yíng)工作，包括各類營(yíng)銷方案的策劃及實(shí)施；
2、制定部門年度、季度、月度計(jì)劃并組織實(shí)施，穩(wěn)步提高銷售業(yè)績(jī)，改善店鋪轉(zhuǎn)化率；
3、制定產(chǎn)品上架計(jì)劃，包括上傳時(shí)間區(qū)間和價(jià)格區(qū)間等；
4、負(fù)責(zé)銷售產(chǎn)品的刊登優(yōu)化和營(yíng)銷管理；
5、負(fù)責(zé)Amazon銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)人員的管理，培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)和工作安排；
6、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的培訓(xùn)，優(yōu)化店鋪服務(wù)，提升用戶好評(píng)率；
7、負(fù)責(zé)物流體系的流程管理和物流部門的服務(wù)優(yōu)化，提升公司的服務(wù)質(zhì)量；
8、定期做好銷售數(shù)據(jù)的分析，協(xié)助新品調(diào)研及開發(fā)；
9、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)作績(jī)效考核的擬定和執(zhí)行；
10、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其它任務(wù)。
任職要求：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)CET-6以上水平，具備良好的讀寫能力；
2、三年以上跨境電商銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一年以上電商團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有Amazon相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者，帶領(lǐng)過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、有豐富的產(chǎn)品電商銷售分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)提高各個(gè)產(chǎn)品銷售業(yè)績(jī)的相關(guān)要素能作出分析和判斷，并能持續(xù)分析和改進(jìn)銷售方法；
4、熟悉Amazon的各項(xiàng)政策，對(duì)維護(hù)和管理帳號(hào)安全有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5、熟練掌握產(chǎn)品上架規(guī)則、技巧及交易流程，擴(kuò)大交易量的方法和技巧；
6、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力，且有強(qiáng)烈的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，對(duì)中差評(píng)能技巧性地處理；
