Position?Responsibilities:?
-Run?MRP,?Create?Purchase?Requisitions,?and?release?approved?PO’s?to?vendors
-Confirm?supplier?delivery?dates
-Update?Plan?Shipments?in?SAP?and?other?Logistics?related?tasks
-Operate?as?the?major?contact?window?with?Customer?Service?Department?for?goods?allocation?under?shipment?planning?
-Notify?appropriate?Purchasing?Managers?when?there?are?any?unresolved?delivery?issues?through?the?notification?system?in?SAP
-Source?new?vendors?as?required
-Arrange?and?attend?vendor?meetings?at?IC?Intracom?offices?or?vendor?location
-Create?and?run?related?reports?as?required
-Take?and?file?meeting?minutes
-Other?tasks?as?assigned
