5、了解公司的成本控制目標，在交付目標量的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的基礎上，推動合理的成本控制結果;

6、組織操作流程和質(zhì)量控制培訓，管理團隊的出勤、紀律和績效結果;

7、主導管理團隊的培訓、出勤、紀律和績效結果;

8、負責設備的正確使用和維護，現(xiàn)場操作控制，環(huán)境因素和偶然性資源的控制，確保整個生產(chǎn)單元的有效運行;

9、直接主管安排的其他工作。
