工作職責(zé):
1.?負(fù)責(zé)日常生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理，制定并執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)制度，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品檢具的維護(hù)和驗(yàn)證。

2.?收集及匯總質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)，按所確定的周期匯報(bào)并制定改進(jìn)方案。協(xié)助建立并實(shí)施過程統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析，持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
Collect?and?analyze?the?quality?data，regularly?submit?the?report?and?improvement?plan.?Assist?in?building?and?implementing?the?CPK?or?SPC,?and?continuously?improve?the?product?quality.
3.?制作新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入所需相關(guān)質(zhì)量文件。?
Involve?in?the?new?product?development?and?make?related?work?instructions.
4.?協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理進(jìn)行ISO9001&14001管理體系的日常維護(hù)及審核
Assist?quality?manager?in?daily?maintaining?and?auditing?the?ISO9001&14001?system.
5.?運(yùn)用5why,?fish?bone?等質(zhì)量工具解決線上質(zhì)量問題和客戶投訴.
Use?5why,?fish?bone?and?other?quality?tools?to?fix?the?process?line?quality.
6.?積極完成經(jīng)理分配的其他任務(wù)
