Responsibilities:
Place?the???overseas?orders?accurately?and?timely?to?the?sourcing?team,?and?meanwhile???enter?them?into?SAP?when?necessary;???將海外分公司訂單及時、準(zhǔn)確地下達到采購團隊;如有需要,確保訂單準(zhǔn)確錄入SAP系統(tǒng);?
Review???the?overseas?open?order?report?on?a?regular?basis?to?ensure?on?time?delivery;???定期審核海外分公司未清訂單狀態(tài)報表,確保準(zhǔn)時交付;?
Provide???prompt?information?to?customers’?inquiries?via?emails,?phone?calls,?etc.;???對于客戶通過郵件、電話等形式的咨詢,提供及時回復(fù);
Liaise???with?the?relevant?associates?to?follow?up?the?progress?of?the?back?orders,???update?the?status?to?the?customers,?and?figure?out?solutions?if?necessary;???與相關(guān)同事協(xié)作,跟進未能按期交貨的訂單進度,同時更新狀態(tài)給分公司,如有必要,提出相應(yīng)解決方案;
Coordinate???with?the?overseas?subsidiaries?to?get?their?monthly?sales?forecast,?and?help???them?to?achieve?the?sales?target?finally.???與海外分公司共同協(xié)作,獲取每月銷售預(yù)期,最終實現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)。
Follow?up?with?the?sourcing?team?to?make?sure?all?the?orders?are?well?planned?and?built;
??與采購團隊跟進訂單狀態(tài),確保所有訂單都盡可能按計劃交付;
??Identify?order-?or?delivery-related?problems,?give?immediate?feedback,?and?get?the?right?people?involved?and?follow?up?actively?to?make?the?issues?fixed?in?a?timely?manner.
??發(fā)現(xiàn)訂單或出貨相關(guān)問題,及時反饋給相關(guān)的人,并積極跟進,確保問題盡快解決。
Work?out?the?shipping?schedule?based?on?the?subsidiaries’?requirement?and?cargo?completion?date?every?2?~?3?weeks;
??根據(jù)海外分公司的具體要求以及貨好時間,每2~3周做一次出運計劃;
??Communicate?with?the?subsidiaries?to?confirm?the?packing?scheme;
??與海外分公司溝通確認(rèn)出貨細(xì)節(jié);
??Send?shipping?instruction?to?the?logistics?team?to?arrange?shipment?and?work?closely?with?them?about?any?further?status.
??發(fā)送出運指令給物流團隊安排出貨,同時跟進后續(xù)狀態(tài)。
Coordinate?with?the?QA?team?to?learn?the?inspection?plan?of?some?OEM?customer?orders;?make?sure?the?goods?can?be?smoothly?released?with?all?the?required?QC?reports?and?sterilization?reports?available?before?the?final?shipment.??
??與質(zhì)量團隊保持密切合作,獲取相關(guān)OEM客戶訂單的現(xiàn)場驗貨計劃,確保貨物在出運前,可以拿到產(chǎn)品檢測報告和滅菌報告并順利放行。
Work?with?relevant?sourcing?personnel?to?provide?samples?required?by?the?overseas?subsidiaries?for?potential?bidding?demand?or?testing?use,?etc.??
??與相關(guān)采購人員合作,為海外分公司的競標(biāo)或測試要求提供所需樣品。Qualifications:
Bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?in?English,?Business,?Commercial,?Supply?Chain,?etc.;
??本科學(xué)歷或以上;英語、商務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)專業(yè);
??Customer?oriented?&?self-disciplined.
客戶導(dǎo)向,自我約束
Fluent?in?spoken?&?written?English;?good?command?in?MS?Office?software,?such?as?EXCEL.
??良好的英語口語及書面英語;熟練使用辦公軟件,如EXCEL??
At?least?1?year’s?work?experience?in?customer?service?or?sales?operation;
??Familiar?with?order?processing?procedures.?
??客戶服務(wù)或銷售運營方面至少1年以上工作經(jīng)驗;熟悉訂單處理流程
Working?experience?in?sales?assistant,?business?support?or?supply?chain?area,?SAP?use?as?a?plus
??有銷售助理、商務(wù)支持或供應(yīng)鏈領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗亦可;會使用SAP優(yōu)先Strong?logic?thinking,?analysis?&?problem?solving?skills;
??較強的邏輯思維,良好的分析能力以及問題解決能力;
