Recruiting?and?managing?all?the?office?interns?for?all?practice?groups
Assisting?on?new?starters?entry?and?exit?process
Coordinating?the?induction?for?new?starters?and?provide?the?admin?related?training?for?new?starters?
Maintaining?the?staff?information?in?HR?system?and?coordinate?with?HR?agent
In?charge?of?business?annual?check
Support?all?HR?functions,?like?recruitment,?training?etc.
Conducting?the?staff?admin?issues?in?local?office
Assisting?on?explaining?the?office?policies?
Assisting?on?HR?relevant?projects
Conducting?company-wide?events?and?activities?including?annual?dinner,?family?day,?team?building,?monthly?birthday?party?and?outing?etc;
Office?maintenance?including?furniture,?green,?magazines?in?the?reception?area?and?facilities?by?regular?check?and?make?record?accordingly;
Helping?on?contact?with?the?building?management?office;
Assisting?and?maintaining?the?document?management?system?in?local?office;
Visa?applications?for?expatriates?and?local?staff;
Answering?phone?calls?as?back?up?of?Receptionist;

任職資格:
Bachelor?degree?in?English?(equal?or?above?TEM?8?level)
?2-3?years'?related?experience?in?a?professional?service?firm
Demonstrated?proficiency?with?MS?Word,?Excel,?Outlook?and?PowerPoint.?
Strong?attention?to?detail
Excellent?interpersonal?skills
Solid?written?and?oral?communication?skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese
Being?able?to?prioritise?workload,?and?to?manage?several?projects?simultaneously
