崗位職責(zé)????
??1、?負(fù)責(zé)HR政策、制度、體系與重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目在業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部的落地與推動(dòng)執(zhí)行;
??2、?負(fù)責(zé)所轄業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域招聘、培訓(xùn)管理工作等;
??3、?協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)管理層進(jìn)行人才管理、團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展、組織氛圍建設(shè)等,確保公司文化在所屬業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的落地。
??崗位要求
??2020屆應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,本科以上學(xué)歷,?人力資源、工商管理、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè),?英語6級(jí)以上
2、有較強(qiáng)的人際敏感度、學(xué)習(xí)力和執(zhí)行力
