1.?Bachelor’s?degree?from?four-year?college?or?university?(Business,?Supply?Chain,?or?Technical?preferred).??APICS/ISM/Supply?Chain?certification?or?willingness?to?complete?first?3?modules?of?APICS?certification?program?(or?equivalent)?within?two?years?of?employment?is?preferred.
2.?Three?years?of?progressive?experience?in?professional?Materials?position(s)?is?desired.??Cable?and?electronic?component?purchasing?experience?desired?or?equivalent?combination?of?education?and?experience.
3.?Strong?Management?and?Team?Building?Skills;?minimum?of?two?(2)?to?(3)?years?of?supervisory?experience?is?required.
4.?Strong?materials?management?skills?including?various?levels?of?planning?from?Sales?&?Operations?Planning?to?Execution?and?Control?of?Operations/Production?Activity?Control,?Transactional?Management,?Material?Requirements?Planning?(MRP),?Warehousing,?Inventory?Control,?Shipping?and/or?Logistics,?as?well?as?critical?thinking?and?problem?solving?capability.
