Lead?multiple?projects?in?an?aggressive?and?innovative?approach?in?developing?new?finished?goods,?assemblies,?and?models?utilizing?a?working?knowledge?of?various?materials,?manufacturing?techniques?and?engineering?practices.
Lead?a?cross-functional?team?that?includes,?but?may?not?be?limited?to,?marketing,?quality?assurance,?manufacturing,?engineering,?sourcing,?suppliers?to?meet?the?specifications?and?needs?of?the?customer?in?the?development?of?innovative,?reliable?products?for?the?market.
Utilize?Moen?New?Product?Development?(NPD)?process?to?develop?new?products?that?fulfill?the?business?opportunities?(timing,?customer?requirements,?and?target?costs),?while?meeting?all?applicable?codes?and?standards.
Lead?the?technical?design?review?and?design?transfer?with?the?supplier?for?development?and?execution?of?new?products.
Evaluate?and?investigate?design?change?requests?and?manage?their?implementation?as?required.
Meet?project?timelines,?cost?targets?and?capital?/?expense?budgets.
Compile,?prepare?and?present?data?for?project?updates?and?technical?presentations?to?staff,?senior?management?and/or?executive?management.
Compile?and?maintain?documentation?for?new?and?revised?product?activity.
Utilize?project?management?tools?and?maintain?Project?Portfolio?management?system?for?each?project.
Perform?other?duties?and?responsibilities?as?assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s?degree?in?Engineering?is?required;?Advanced?Engineering?degree?is?preferred.??
Minimum?of?5?years?of?experience?to?include?engineering?/?product?development?as?well?as?project?management?experience;?prior?cross-functional?development?experience?is?a?plus.?
PMP?certified?is?preferred.
Fluency?with?Microsoft?Project,?Cero?(Pro/Engineer)?is?preferred.
Good?in?English?(oral?and?written)?is?required.
Demonstrated?success?in?fully?launching?several?products?in?the?marketplace?today.
Possess?strong?leadership?skills?with?demonstrated?leadership?of?multiple?projects?with?multiple?teams?concurrently.
Excellent?root?cause?problem-solving?skills.
Ability?to?effectively?work?with?multiple?functional?teams,?suppliers?from?different?cultures/countries.
Ability?and?willingness?to?travel?up?to?approximately?20%?of?the?time,?both?domestically?and?internationally.
