Essential?Duties?and?Responsibilities:
1.?Undertake?all?aspects?of?HR?and?admin?matters?to?meet?company?expanding?requirement;
2.?Implement?staff?organization?strategy?in?budgeting?and?planning?in?accordance?with?business?strategy;
3.?Implement?and?optimize?HR?policies?and?procedures?covering?full?staff?life?cycle?to?ensure?company?development?needs;
4.?Fulfill?annual?recruiting?activities?and?control?recruitment?quality?to?ensure?right?people?are?in?the?right?position?via?various?effective?recruitment?channel;
5.?Carry?out?and?manager?quarterly/annual?performance?appraisal?activity;
6.?Work?with?Line?supervisor/Production?department?to?handle?the?daily?communicating?with?employees,?i.e?complaint,?labor?dispute,?etc;
7.?Cooperate?with?outsourced?HR?agent?for?C&B?calculation?and?bonus?calculation;
8.?Ensure?a?good?admin?service?and?management?to?support?staffs?daily?running;
9.?Manage?office?facilities?and?maintain?a?good?office?condition?and?working?environment;
10.?Responsible?for?admin?purchasing?for?office?expenses?and?cost?control;
11.?Plan?and?organize?staff?training,?annual?event,?team?building?and?other?employee?activities;?tracking?and?evaluation?result;
12.?Implement?and?optimize?HR?and?Admin?policy?and?internal?process;
13.?Responsible?for?company?insurance?renew;
14.?Fulfill?other?tasks?assigned?by?superior.
Qualifications:
??5+?years?related?working?experience?in?management?position
??Familiar?with?MS-office?PC:?Word,?Excel,?PPT,
??Hands?on?experience,?dynamic,?result?oriented,?self-driven,?sense?of?confidentiality
??Good?communication?skill,?could?handle?conflicts?independently
??Good?English?skill?both?oral?and?written,?German?is?a?plus
Education:
