Ensure?the?entire?plant?Environment??and?Health?&?Safety?Programs?comply?with?local?government,?customers?and??corporate?requirements.

????Primary??Accountabilities?

????
Work?with?functional?groups?to??ensure?day-to-day?operational?issues?involving?environmental,?health?&??safety?are?resolved?in?a?timely?manner.
Implement?global?and?regional?EHS??plans,?data?capture?and?ongoing?analysis.
Coach,?train?and?develop?all?staff??towards?continuous?improvement?of?health?&?safety?standards.
Ensure?mechanisms?are?in?place?for??reporting?all?EHS?non-conformances.
Coordinate?the?investigation?and??root?cause?resolution?of?safety?incidents.
Support?Product?packaging?plant??and?Administration?building?in?EHS?related?issues.
Regularly?report?major?problems??anticipated?or?encountered?and?major?findings?and?results?achieved?to?the??immediate?supervisor,?with?recommendations.
Perform?any?additional?duties?not??written?into?this?position?description?which?the?supervisor?may?require.

????Background
Candidate?must?possess?at?least??a?bachelor’s?degree?in?relevant?field.
Good??written?and?spoken?communication?ability?in?English.
Experience?in?a?variety?of??manufacturing?activities.
Experience?in?a?Multinational??Company.
Experience?with?responsibility??for?Health?&?Safety?improvement?programs.
