According?to?the?production?plan,?make?the?machine?production?plan,?balance??and?prepare?the?production?details?such?as?equipment,?labor?and?workshop?area.按照車間生產(chǎn)計劃，及時準備并平衡生產(chǎn)細節(jié)，如設(shè)備、人員及工作場地，組織進行產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。
Supervise?the?operation?site,?inspect?and?manage?the?steel?cylinder??welding,?PWHT,?NDT,?welding?seam?repairing?process,?and?quality?of?the?shell??blank.?Handle?the?problems?on?site.?深入現(xiàn)場，嚴格工藝紀律檢查，掌握、督促、檢查烘缸線鋼制缸焊接、熱處理、缸體探傷、焊縫返修等工序及供應(yīng)商焊接毛坯作業(yè)、交付進度、質(zhì)量，及時調(diào)整和解決生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生的各類問題。
Make?the?steel?cylinder?welding?&?heat?treatment?process?including?but??not?limited?to:?main?process?&?WPS,?schedule,?quality?controlling,?testing?and??tool?request?and?some?other?documents.?負責編制烘缸線鋼制缸產(chǎn)品焊接及熱處理工藝方案（包括主關(guān)鍵的工藝措施、工序、質(zhì)量控制點、工藝路線流程、工藝試驗項目、工裝要求等）及工藝文件
Responsible?for?establishing?the?DL?steel?cylinder?internal?welding??&PWHT?QCS?and?related?quality?doc?collection?and?updating.?Be?responsible??for?the?pressure?vessel?(welding?+?PWHT)?standard?update?，qualify?and?execute?負責建立烘缸線鋼制缸產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部焊接、熱處理等質(zhì)量控制體系及相關(guān)文件的整理及匯總、更新。負責壓力容器標準（焊接、熱處理）的更新、合規(guī)及執(zhí)行。
Be?responsible?for?dryer?Line?welding,??PWHT?&?NDT?area?efficiency?improvement,?investment?project?,?lean?TPM??project?參與負責烘缸線焊接、熱處理及NDT區(qū)域的效率優(yōu)化、投資改造、精益TPM等項目。
Be?responsible?for?dryer?Line?welding,?PWHT??&?NDT?area?and?personnel?on-site?QHSE?performance,?5S?and?maintenance?of??the?equipment.?Be?responsible?for?the?operator?competence?development?負責烘缸線焊接及NDT區(qū)域生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場及人員的環(huán)境安全、質(zhì)量管理及5S管理,?負責烘缸線使用的設(shè)備保養(yǎng)工作。負責操作人員技能的提升。
Be?responsible?for?the?administration?of?dryer?Line?welding,?PWHT?&??NDT?sections,?as?well?as?the?communication?and?coordination?with?welding??engineer,?welding?workshop?負責烘缸線焊接、熱處理及NDT區(qū)域的日常行政、事務(wù)管理工作。負責和焊接工程師、焊接車間的溝通，協(xié)調(diào)工作。
Be??responsible?for?input?data?in?Baan?system、Notes?database?system?and?the?implement?of?the?new??ERP?system?負責Baan系統(tǒng)的維護和數(shù)據(jù)匯報、Notes數(shù)據(jù)庫的維護及生產(chǎn)計劃有關(guān)的新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)使用
Be?responsible?for?the?production?material??management,?control?WIP?負責現(xiàn)場各生產(chǎn)物料的有效管理，控制WIP
Complete?other?tasks?assigned?by?manager?負責完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他各項任務(wù).
Requirements?任職要求：
1.Junior?college?or??above,?welding?engineering?or?other?related?major,?5?year?welding?and?2?years??management?working?experience?大專或以上學(xué)歷，焊接工程類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),至少5年的焊接工作及2年管理經(jīng)驗
Familiar?with?welding,??heat?treatment?production?process?(especially?pressure?vessel)?during?the?main??work?and?command?the?capacity?of?the?welding?workshop?熟悉車間主體工種和產(chǎn)品焊接和熱處理的生產(chǎn)過程，掌握車間生產(chǎn)焊接及熱處理能力的情況
Knowledge?about?3-D??molding?software?such?as?UG,?CATIA?etc?有三維建模軟件如UG,CATIA等的相關(guān)知識
Have?the?awareness?of??ISO14001?&?OHSAS18001?具有ISO14001?&?OHSAS18001意識
Capable?of?doing?the??daily?work?including?communication?and?reading?&?writing?in?English?能有較好的外語書寫及表達能力，并進行相關(guān)日常工作
Excellent?computer??skill?especially?excel?能熟練使用電腦進行日常工作特別是excel的運用
Have?the?knowledge?of??welding?&?heat?treatment?equipment?對焊接及熱處理設(shè)備有一定的了解。
