d.Manage?and?develop?recruiting?channels?and?agency.
e.Maintain?&?update?the?recruiting?database.?

a.Identify?the?training?needs?on?strength?and?weakness.?
b.Good?internal?communication?with?H&V?Suzhou?functional?to?develop?the?training?plan,?implementation?process?and?training?effectiveness?assessment.
c.Be?aware?of?training?development?methods?and?process.?
d.Co-work?with?Production?trainer?to?maintain?and?upgrade?the?Production?Technical?training?system?and?support?the?general?training?for?individual?needs.
e.Develop?the?training?campus?and?people?development?programs?as?needs.
f.Lead?the?internal?training?team?build-up?and?management.
g.Receive?the?internal/external?audit.
