Driving?identification?of?sustainability?opportunities?for?the?company?and?engaging?with?company?leadership?to?establish?an?aligned?and?supported?sustainability?strategy?priorities.?
Develop?and?drive?compliance?and?sustainability?performance?improvements?in?the?global?supply?chain?to?upgrade?supply?base.
Driving?an?aligned?internal?and?external?communication?strategy?and?serving?as?a?spokesperson?on?sustainability?matters?for?external?communications?for?the?company.
Organize?and?deliver?supplier?capacity?building?to?update?suppliers?and?factories?the?compliance?&?sustainability?requirements?and?share?best?practices.
Manage?the?CSR?team?effectively?and?improve?team?procedure?and?workflow.
Lead?and?support?performance?improvement?projects?such?as?HER?project.
Communicate?with?suppliers?on?a?regular?basis?to?strengthen?relationships?and?build?two-way?dialogue?and?trust?to?catalyze?action?on?facility?performance?improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s?degree,?at?least?10?years?social?compliance?experience?and?5?years?of?management?experience?in?an?international?company?or?in?a?sourcing?office?or?3rd?party?service?provider.
Familiar?with?local?laws?and?regulations?relative?to?social?compliance.
Knowledge?about?SA8000,?WRAP,?BSCI,?Better?Work?etc.?industrial?standards.
Good?at?planning?and?organizing,?project?management?experience?is?preferred.
Good?English?communication?skills?both?in?verbal?and?written.
Must?be?willing?to?travel?within?the?region.
Can?work?independently.
