Job?Responsibilities
Responsible?for?the?hiring?and??????recruitment?process?which?includes?but?not?limited?to?management?of?the??????recruiters,?securing?the?approvals?for?all?manpower?requests,?proper?use??????of?the?recruiting?tools?and?sourcing?channels,?assessment?of?candidates,??????job?offers?and?on-boarding?new?hires;
??Develop/implement?comprehensive??????staffing?plans?for?the?organization?and?partners?with?the?internal??????staffing?organization?to?develop?a?candidate?pipeline;
??Attend?to?the?HR?concerns?and??????requirements?of?Stefanini?direct?hire?employees;
??Coordinate?with?HR?One?on?matters??????relating?to?payroll,?benefits,?employee?relations?and?discipline,?labor??????and?statutory?policies;
??Coordinate?with?partners?on?HR??????matters?for?Stefanini?contingent?workers?/?contractors;
??Act?as?liaison?between?HR,??????management?and?employees?regarding?HR?policies,?procedures?
??Manage?Employee?files;
??Does?entries?and?regular?audit?on??????employee?data?in?Peoplesoft?HRIS.Develop?appropriate?human?resource?plans??????in?support?of?key?business?needs?in?a?dynamic,?changing?environment;
??Develop/implement?appropriate?change??????management?plans?as?required;
??Identify?key?human?resource?needs??????and?develops?appropriate?solutions?and?partners?with?other?internal?human??????resource?areas?to?provide?a?full?complement?of?services?to?the??????organization;
??Provide?input?into?departmental??????budget;
??Monitor/track?expenditures?against??????departmental?budget;
Leadership?and?coaching?of?team?members.
Qualifications?&?Job?Skills
??Bachelor’s?degree?or?equivalent?work??????experience?preferred.?Typically?requires?a?minimum?of?5?years?of?related?experience??????in?Human?Resources,?including?staffing/recruiting,?compensation?and??????benefits,?employment?laws?and?regulations?and?employee?relations
??Excellent?English?communication??????skills
??With?working?knowledge?and?experience?of?recruiting??????tools?and?HRIS
??Ability?to?form?working?relationships?with?people?at??????all?levels?
??Intermediate?proficiency?with?MS??????Word,?Excel?and?PowerPoint?
