.負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施?
.進(jìn)行行業(yè)分析,以確定產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃?
.分析產(chǎn)品組合,制定相應(yīng)的定價(jià)、成本審核,以提高盈利能力?
.識(shí)別并實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)體之間的范圍整合機(jī)會(huì)?
.產(chǎn)品生命周期管理和SKU縮減計(jì)劃?
.定義和管理所需標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)證要求?

二、要求:
.本科以上學(xué)歷,
.機(jī)械工程或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先。?
.5年以上建筑相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?
.至少3年以上產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)?
.對(duì)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)有良好的理解?
.較強(qiáng)的談判技巧,具有良好的分析能力和商業(yè)計(jì)劃能力?
.必須具備較強(qiáng)的書(shū)面和口頭技能,能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)演講?
.強(qiáng)大的溝通能力,能夠影響、解釋和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)外部客戶和內(nèi)部員工?
.能夠與銷售人員和客戶建立良好關(guān)系?
