工作職責(zé):
1. 根據(jù)上級(jí)確定的工作目標(biāo)和要求，制訂本模塊工作計(jì)劃，并有效貫徹實(shí)施；?

2. 參與客戶(hù)需求分析，與HWPL分析及評(píng)審客戶(hù)硬件需求

3. 負(fù)責(zé)電機(jī)新平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)和現(xiàn)有平臺(tái)VAVE。
Responsible?for?new?platform?motor?development?and?VAVE?of?the?current?platform.
4. 參與和電機(jī)相關(guān)的電子電器件質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析；
Participate?in?motor?quality?issue?analysis?which?related?with?EE?component.
5. 啟動(dòng)并追溯電子電器相關(guān)的ECR；
Active?ECR?which?is?related?with?EE?part.
6. 相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)文檔的制定及維護(hù)；
Create?and?maintain?development?related?documentation
7. 負(fù)責(zé)修訂和完善與本職工作相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度、程序文件、工作指導(dǎo)書(shū)和各類(lèi)工作（操作）規(guī)范等；
In?charge?of?revision?and?perfect?regulation,?procedure?document,?work?instruction?and?work?(operation)?criterions?etc.?which?are?relative?to?daily?work.
8. 分析及解決開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中遇到的電子電氣相關(guān)的問(wèn)題，并整理;

9. 對(duì)本崗位相關(guān)的各項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善；

任職資格:
1.?大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor?degree
2.?機(jī)械/電氣工程/自動(dòng)化/車(chē)輛工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
