The?Human?Resources??Director?role?is?responsible?for?supporting?our?Xiamen?site,?comprising?over??250+?employees?spanning?across?Customer?Support,?Engineering,?Finance,?Legal??and?Product.?In?this?role,?the?incumbent?will?develop,?and?successfully??implement?global,?functional?and?regional?HR?initiatives?across?the?assigned??client?groups.?This?individual?will?be?critical?in??developing?and?executing?our?people?initiatives,?providing?great?internal??customer?support,?and?driving?HR?functional?excellence?and?process?improvement.?The?position?will?be?a?key?member??of?the?China?leadership?team?and?global?Human?Resources?team.

What?We?Are?Looking?For:
A?Bachelor’s?degree?with?a?minimum?of?15?years?HR?Business?Partner??experience,?with?at?least?5?years?of?experience?in?China?and?at?least?5?years??of?experience?managing?an?HR?team
Working?knowledge?of?multiple?human?resource?disciplines,??including?employee?relations,?performance?management,?talent?management,?data??management?and?employment?law
Proven?communication?skills?with?a??demonstrated?capacity?to?effectively?and?practically?communicate?complex?ideas??and?business?concepts
Demonstrated?ability?to?develop?and??manage?relationships?and?consult?at?the?executive?and?managerial?level
