工作職責(zé):
在客戶端現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提供技術(shù)支持;
根據(jù)公司流程及程序開展工作和服務(wù);
盡快解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)常見問(wèn)題,使系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)工作;
有效開展預(yù)防性維護(hù),為客戶提供高品質(zhì)服務(wù);
針對(duì)問(wèn)題,跟蹤狀況提供精確及時(shí)的報(bào)告,并立即采取行動(dòng)解決問(wèn)題;
針對(duì)客戶的產(chǎn)品和工藝流程提供技術(shù)文件和培訓(xùn);
為客戶生產(chǎn)安裝和調(diào)試系統(tǒng);
收集客戶需求并為研發(fā)部門提供相關(guān)的技術(shù)信息;
與客戶保持良好的人際關(guān)系。
職位要求:
大學(xué)本科或?qū)??,電子、機(jī)械或信息工程等相關(guān)專業(yè);
有設(shè)備維護(hù)、技術(shù)支持或其他相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
良好的溝通能力及解決問(wèn)題能力;
良好的英文讀寫及口語(yǔ)能力;
有上進(jìn)心,積極主動(dòng)并吃苦耐勞;
熟練使用Word,?Excel等辦公軟件及其他常用電腦軟件;
能接受國(guó)內(nèi)出差。
