工作職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)學(xué)樂課程體系，教授3-16歲少年兒童英文課程。
2、對學(xué)生進(jìn)行課前輔導(dǎo)與課后預(yù)習(xí)，及時(shí)與家長溝通學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況。
3、收集學(xué)生/家長的反饋信息并及時(shí)做出回復(fù)，協(xié)助處理學(xué)生/家長投訴。
4、配合學(xué)校組織的各種教學(xué)活動和市場活動，如Demo課，答謝會等。
任職要求：
1、大專以上學(xué)歷，英語、幼教、小學(xué)教育等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、英語專業(yè)四級，口語流利，發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，語音純正，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3、一年以上幼教經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，接受應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生申請；
4、協(xié)調(diào)溝通、表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，反應(yīng)力佳，配合度高；?
5、性格開朗，態(tài)度積極，有親和力，多才多藝，?學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，有創(chuàng)造力；
6、具備良好的職業(yè)形象、職業(yè)心態(tài)；愛崗敬業(yè)、有責(zé)任心、有耐心；
7、熱愛少兒教育；
