1.?Conduct?product?inspection?on?hard?goods?and?toys?at?vendor's?factories,?it?is?the?main?job?responsibility.??
2.?Prepare?inspection?report,?data?processing,?and?analysis?of?the?quality?report?of?our?vendors.
3.?Keep?daily?communication?with?our?vendors?and?US?head?office,?direct?our?vendors?in?meeting?our?corporate?policy?in?the?quality?assurance?and?product?safety?requirement.
4.?Support?on?product?approval?and?quality?problem?solving.
5.?Support?the?project?development?and?sourcing?activities.
6.?Vendor?management?in?working?out?the?vendor?profile.
7.?Conduct?factory?audit?and?support?vendors?in?meeting?the?social?compliance.
Requirement:??
1.?Male,?age?at?25?or?above.?Hardworking,?honest?and?outgoing?character?is?required.?Good?communicating?and?interpersonal?skills,?able?to?work?independently.?
2.?College?graduate?with?English?CET?level?4?or?above.
The?candidate?MUST?be?able?communicate?independently?in?WRITTEN?and?ORAL?English.?
Fluent?Putonghua?is?a?MUST.?
3.?Relevant?working?experience?on?hard?goods?and?toys?for?5?years?or?above.
4.?Experience?in?working?with?USA?global?retailers?will?be?an?advantage.?Experience?in?factory?quality?process,?ISO9001?knowledge?is?an?advantage.
5.?Familiar?with?office?software?MS?words,?excel,?PowerPoint,?outlook?exchange.
6.?Base?in?Hangzhou?area.?Frequent?travel?in?northern?China?is?required.?Regular/monthly?duty?reporting?to?our?Asia/China?office?will?be?required.
工作職責(zé)：
1.首要職責(zé)去供應(yīng)商工廠驗(yàn)貨，產(chǎn)品多為雜貨及玩具。
2.完成驗(yàn)貨報(bào)告，對(duì)供應(yīng)商提供的報(bào)告進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析。
3.保持與供應(yīng)商及美國(guó)總部的日常溝通，引導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商達(dá)到我司在品質(zhì)保證和產(chǎn)品安全上的要求。
4.協(xié)助簽板，解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
5.對(duì)公司的項(xiàng)目發(fā)展和采購(gòu)提供支持。
6.進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商管理，完成供應(yīng)商資料記錄。
7.進(jìn)行工廠審核，協(xié)助工廠符合社會(huì)責(zé)任的要求。
要求：
1.?男性，25歲或以上。誠(chéng)實(shí)，努力，開朗，溝通能力強(qiáng)，善于人際交往，能獨(dú)立工作。
2.?大學(xué)英語(yǔ)4級(jí)以上。必須能夠獨(dú)立應(yīng)對(duì)工作中的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和文書。普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.?5年或以上雜貨及玩具驗(yàn)貨工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.?具備與美國(guó)大零售商合作的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉工廠質(zhì)量體系，熟悉ISO9001將優(yōu)先考慮。
5.?熟悉Office軟件，如words,?excel,?PPT,?outlook
6.?此職位常駐杭州，日常工作中需經(jīng)常出差至浙江，江蘇，山東，陜西等。購(gòu)買東莞社保，需定期回東莞辦事處匯報(bào)。
