Functional?Responsibilities
??Leading?a?team?of?3?including?the?AR,?AP?and?GL?function
??Preparation?of?quarterly?IFRS?reporting?package,?US?GAAP?reporting?package?in?accordance?with?the?requirements?of?Group?accounting?standards;
??Prepare?half-year?and?annual?US?Tax?package;
??Cross?check?financial?statements?under?PRC?and?co-work?with?chief?accountant;
??Prepare?monthly?report?required?by?investors?and?shareholders;
??Perform?project?level?management?reports?variance?analysis;
??Prompt?response?and?follow?up?work?for?client’s?review?comments?on?above?reporting?packages?and?management?reports;
??Take?on?ad-hoc?projects?and?tasks?assignments?of?financial?data?analysis?and?forecast?for?business?purpose;
??Assist?client?on?preparing?project?budget?and?reforecast?of?financial?part;
??Assist?client?coordination?with?auditor,?shareholder,?investors?and?other?3rd?parties;
??Other?responsibilities?as?assigned?by?the?company.
Required?Skills?and?Qualifications?
The?Finance?Manager?must?be?able?to?perform?the?duties?of?the?job,?and?shall?meet?the?following?qualifications:
??Bachelor?degree?in?accounting?or?finance?from?a?reputable?university,?Accounting?intermediate?title?certificate?will?be?a?plus;
??At?least?5?years?of?finance?relevant?experience?with?real?estate?industry,?preferable?with?reputable?developer,?with?two?to?three?years?“Big?4”?experience?is?a?must;
??Must?have?good?Excel?skills;
??Ability?to?multi-task?in?a?dynamic?and?fast?pace?environment?and?organize?the?above?responsibilities?towards?meeting?deadlines;
??Ability?to?use?English?environment?computer?and?accounting?systems;?Ability?to?understand?and?write?emails?in?English;
??Good?personality?and?communication?skills.
??Accounting?qualification?such?as?ACCA,?CICPA,?immediate?accounting?certificate?is?preferred
