崗位職責(zé)：
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目管理，與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起制定和審核項(xiàng)目方案；項(xiàng)目工作安排分配，完成客戶的需求;
負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督整個技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的質(zhì)量、效率和有效性等，以確保能滿足質(zhì)量、時間和財務(wù)預(yù)算目標(biāo)；
參與技術(shù)候選人的選拔和評估；
為內(nèi)部和外部的項(xiàng)目提供咨詢和執(zhí)行支持；
匯總所有正在運(yùn)行的內(nèi)部和外部項(xiàng)目情況；
定期向管理層匯報項(xiàng)目及其狀態(tài)；
負(fù)責(zé)為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供所有必要的技術(shù)（GMP）知識。
技術(shù)要求：
藥學(xué)、制藥工程、化學(xué)、生物技術(shù)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景，大學(xué)本科以上，碩士以上優(yōu)先；
在制藥或工業(yè)生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域等具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，有一定的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
優(yōu)秀的人際能力和優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力；
熟悉中國GMP法規(guī)要求，了解美國或者歐盟的GMP法規(guī)；
具有創(chuàng)新和競爭精神，具有目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向和優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。

Qualification:
Graduated?in?related?fields?such?as?pharmacy,?pharmaceutical?engineering,?chemistry?and?biotechnology（MSc.?Preferred,?BSc?also?possible);
Several?years?of?work?experience?in?similar?post?or?project?management?of?desired?topics?in?pharmaceutical?or?industrial?biotech?field;
Excellent?interpersonal?and?excellent?spoken?and?written?English?language?skills;
Familiar?with?Chinese?GMP,?US/EU?GMP?experience?optional?but?good;
Strong?innovation?and?competition?spirit,?with?both?strategic?thinking?and?very?competent?executive?and?leadership?capabilities.
