·?每天從Dynamic?ERP系統(tǒng)中打印采購訂單、訂單確認(rèn)以及執(zhí)行訂單所需的其他信息。
·?維護(hù)MYOB?ERP系統(tǒng)中的客戶信息。
·?及時更新Open?PO?report?Daily?和?Customer?Special?Request?Report
·?與生產(chǎn)部和采購部溝通確定訂單交貨日期
·?收到國外訂單后24小時內(nèi)與相應(yīng)的美國客戶服務(wù)代表協(xié)商訂單特殊要求并告知發(fā)貨日期
·?收到國內(nèi)訂單后與銷售部門合作審核、執(zhí)行訂單并未國內(nèi)客戶提供售后服務(wù)
·?將收到的國內(nèi)訂單保存到公共盤
·?有能力制作出口單證
·?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作

技能要求:
·?大學(xué)英語六級
·?具有出口報關(guān)和物流方面的經(jīng)驗
·?熟練使用工廠的ERP系統(tǒng)
教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗:
·?商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科.
·?2-3?年工作經(jīng)驗
·?熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)和基于Windows系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)軟件—Excel和Word.
·?有客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

·?????????Maintain?all?the?customers’?information?in?MYOB?ERP?System
·?????????Update?Open?PO?report?Daily?&?Customer?Special?Request?Report?when?it?is?needed
·?????????Coordinates?delivery?dates?internally?by?collaborative?efforts?with?Production?Manager?and?Buyer
·?????????Provides?shipping?dates?and?coordinates?special?requirements?with?Customer?Service?Representative?in?the?USA?within?24?hours.
·?????????Work?closely?with?Sales?Dept.?to?review?&?execute?orders?and?offer?after-sale?service?to?the?domestic?customers
·?????????Keep?all?the?record?for?domestic?orders?in?public?drive
·?????????Be?back?up?for?the?export?shipping?doc.
·?????????Other?duties?as?assigned.
