工作內(nèi)容:
協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)員報(bào)價(jià)及客戶(hù)訂單處理
-產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)跟蹤,追單、查單、催款、通知發(fā)貨
-與財(cái)務(wù)溝通開(kāi)票相關(guān)事宜
-收到客戶(hù)投訴或退貨,及時(shí)與總部聯(lián)系溝通跟進(jìn)
-分公司安全庫(kù)存管理
-做銷(xiāo)售報(bào)表及總公司要求的各種報(bào)表。
-解答客戶(hù)電話(huà)咨詢(xún)、接待來(lái)訪客戶(hù)
-協(xié)助分公司經(jīng)理處理相關(guān)行政事務(wù),負(fù)責(zé)分公司人員的考勤,安排車(chē)間排班和加班
崗位要求:
-?專(zhuān)科以上學(xué)歷,工科類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)
-頭腦熟練,英語(yǔ)良好者優(yōu)先
-兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),工作細(xì)心,溝通能力強(qiáng),能承受壓力
