Main?Responsibilities:
1.Lead?the?project?team?and?manage?activities?throughout?all?phases?of?the?project?including?delivery,?installation,?commissioning?and?acceptance?tests,?etc.

2.Maintain?strong?relationship?with?the?customers?&?suppliers?to?obtain?the?VO?and?meet?annual?sales?taken/order?target.
與客戶和供應商保持良好的關系并獲得維護訂單,完成每年的銷售實現(xiàn)及訂單目標。
3.Plan,?execute?and?control?project?activities?and?deliverables?to?ensure?the?project?meeting?the?budget,?time?schedule,?quality?and?performance?target.
計劃、執(zhí)行和控制項目事務及交付物，確保項目滿足預算、進度、質量和性能等各個方面的要求。
4.Make?progress?payment?claim?and?manage?cash?flow.
申請工程分期付款、并管理現(xiàn)金流動。
5.Identify?and?manage?project?commercial?and?technical?risks.
判別并控制項目的商業(yè)和技術風險。
6.Undertakes?status?review?meetings?among?project?team?members?and?clients?and?submit?project?status?reports?to?management.
組織項目團隊成員和客戶間的項目進度報告會，并向管理層遞交項目進度報告。
Requirements:
職位要求：
1.college?degree?or?above,?major?in?electronics,?automation,?electronics?mechanical.
電子、自動化、機電一體化等相關專業(yè)，大專以上學歷。
2.At?least?5?years?project?management?experience?in?security?field?or?related?field,?and?at?least?3?years?in?a?similar?capacity.
5年以上安防或相關行業(yè)工程管理工作經驗?，且具有相同職位至少3以上的工作經驗。
3.Team?player?and?customer?focused.
具有團隊協(xié)作精神、以客戶為中心。
4.Very?good?communication?and?presentation?skills,?both?written?and?oral.
出色的書面及口頭溝通和表達能力。
5.Fluent?communication?skills?both?in?Chinese?and?English,?including?reading?and?written.
熟練的英文和中文的讀、寫能力。
6.Familiar?with?project?management?tools,?e.g.?MS?Project,?Primevera.
熟練運用項目管理軟件，如MS?Project,?Primevera?等。
7.Obtain?profession?certificate?of?computer,?automatic?and?communication?information?or?Certified?Constructor?major?in?Mechanical?and?Electronic?is?preferable.
持有中、高級技術職稱者(計算機、自動化和通信信息專業(yè))或持有建造師資格證書（機電專業(yè)）優(yōu)先。
