Main?Responsibilities

1.????????Independently?prepare?or?lead?a?team?to?prepare?professional?presentations,?reports?and??documentations?to?meet?customer?requirements.?

2.????????Work?with?the?internal?and?external?project??teams?to?identify?building?performance?improvement?strategies?through?modeling.
Communicate?effectively?and?establish??relationships?with?clients?and?project?management?teams
Support?business?development,?develop??technical?proposals?including?methodologies?and?modeling?tasks

Key?Qualifications
M.Sc.?or?PhD?in?HVAC?Engineering/Building?Science/Thermodynamics
5-10?years?relevant?experience?in?green??building/sustainability?design
Excellent?analytical,?communication,?and?writing??skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese
Good?organizational?skills?with?ability?to?independently??manage?multiple?tasks?while?maintaining?focus?and?attention?to?detail
Expertise?in?at?least?1?modeling?tool?(Additional??is?a?plus),?including?but?not?limited?to:
Energy:?eQuest/DOE2,?EnergyPlus
Lighting:?Radiance

任職于EMSI技術(shù)中心的建筑物理團(tuán)隊(duì)。建筑物理團(tuán)隊(duì)作為EMSI綠色建筑和可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)咨詢服務(wù)強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持，工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于能耗模擬分析、采光模擬分析、CFD氣流組織模擬分析、聲學(xué)和電梯模擬分析。

主要工作職責(zé)：
能獨(dú)立準(zhǔn)備或帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備專業(yè)的技術(shù)文件和匯報(bào)文件，達(dá)到客戶的要求
能夠與內(nèi)部和外部團(tuán)隊(duì)有效合作，通過模擬分析確定建筑性能改進(jìn)策略
能夠通過有效的溝通，和客戶和項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)建立良好的關(guān)系
有效支持業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)，完成技術(shù)方案的撰寫
提供跨職能的支持，以確保滿足客戶的需求和項(xiàng)目完成期限
積極參與并協(xié)同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)公司內(nèi)部的技術(shù)研究Focus??Group

任職要求：
暖通空調(diào)、建筑科學(xué)、熱力學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士及以上學(xué)歷
5-10年綠色建筑和可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
出色的中英文分析、溝通和寫作能力
良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠獨(dú)立管理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)，同時(shí)需保持對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)的掌握和關(guān)注
熟練掌握至少1種模擬分析工具（掌握多種工具可作為附加優(yōu)勢(shì)），包括但不限于:
能耗分析:??eQuest/DOE2,?EnergyPlus
采光分析:?Radiance
CFD/氣流組織分析:?Fluent,??Contam
聲學(xué)分析:?SoundPlan,??CADNA
