崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:

1.?Be?responsible?for?the?company's?daily?financial?revenue?and?expenditure,?accounting?and?other?work.?According?to?the?approved?payment?documents,?handle?the?fund?payment?and?obtain?the?fund?payment?settlement?documents.

負(fù)責(zé)日常財務(wù)收支，會計核算等工作；及時支付已審批的費用并處理結(jié)算憑證；
??
2.?Checking?and?make?sure?ERP?all?information?is?correct?before?arrange?to?pay.
??
在付款前檢查并確保ERP所有信息正確無誤；
??
3.?Carefully?review?the?accuracy?and?authenticity?of?all?payment?information.?Review?documents?in?strict?accordance?with?financial?regulations?for?each?payment.?Abnormal?real-time?return;
??
仔細(xì)檢查所有付款信息，嚴(yán)格按照財務(wù)規(guī)定審核每筆付款單據(jù)，如有異常及時退回；
??
4.?Manage?cash?payments?and?applications,?Daily?fund?scheduling:?tracking?and?feedback.
??
管理現(xiàn)金收支，每日資金調(diào)度；
??
5.?Document?management?and?preservation.
??
文件的保存和管理；

6.?Booking?the?tickets?for?the?business?travel.

機票預(yù)訂；

7.?Process?monthly?fixed?fee?payment?and?weekly?fee?quotation?request.

每周匯總沒有發(fā)票及收據(jù)的款項及預(yù)付款；
