Your?duties：

You?will?be?offered?a?one?to?18~24?months?overseas?trainee?program?（1?year?in?Germany）and?afterwards?an?interesting?position?in?one?of?our?NOK-Freudenberg?(China)?(hereinafter?called?to?“NFC”)?companies?in?China;

You?will?work?in?different?function?in?our?NFC,?mainly?in?product?management,?production?and?application?engineering;
會(huì)在NFC不同的職能部門工作，主要會(huì)在產(chǎn)品管理，生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用工程部門；

扎實(shí)的技術(shù)背景、匹配的勝任力和工作興趣；
·?Excellent?Mandarin?and?English?language?skills?(written?and?spoken)?,?Japanese?and/or?German?will?be?a?plus;
優(yōu)秀的中文和英語語言能力（書面和口語），懂日語或德語者優(yōu)先；
·?Ability?to?think?in?international?context?with?excellent?cross-cultural?skills;
具備良好的運(yùn)用跨文化技巧在國際化環(huán)境中思考的能力；
