Supporting?Virtual??Desktops?Infrastructure?using?Citrix
Supporting??peripheral?devices?–?office?printers,?barcode?scanners,?barcode?printers,?etc.
Managing??inventory?of?company-assigned?hardware?devices?including?tracking?movement?from??one?assignee?to?another.
Assist?in?deployment?and?support?of?the?corporate?infrastructure??stated?above?in?all?Greif?plants?in?Asia
Assist?in?support?of?corporate?infrastructure?servers?such?as??email,?calendaring,?web,?smartphones,?license,?document?management,?etc.??Includes?support?for?business?application??servers?
Work?with?management?and?other?IT?/plant?management?to?implement?that??security?monitoring?systems?of?the?plants
Document?FAQ's?and?IT?information?for?both?IT?staff?as?well?as??user?community
Support?escalations?from?the?Global?Service?Desk?for?appropriate?issues??and?service?requests
Roll-out?of?hardware,?software?and?other?related?IT?equipment/services.
Enforce?that?all?hardware?and?software?follow?Greif?standards,??such?as?register,?assignment,?transfer,?safekeeping,?maintaining,?disposal,??filing?etc.
Enforce?proper?usage?policy?of?company-assigned?devices.
Coordinate?with?ERP?Support?Team?for?ERP?issues
Provide?sufficient?support?to?end?users?and?adhere?to?APAC??Helpdesk?policy?and?ensure?the?timely?feedback?and?solutions?to?end?users.
Other?tasks?and?responsibilities?as?assigned?by?supervisor/line??manager.
