Build?and?use?internal?and?external?networks?to?ensure?customer?satisfaction?and?drive?activity?at?site?level?
To?find?new?contacts?and?expand?the?range?of?products?purchased?to?position?FESTO?as?their?supplier?of?choice?issue,?follow?up?and?convert?profitable?quotations
Support?Marketing?campaigns?to?drive?activity?and?sales
Internal?Sales?activity?management?targets
Follow?SPET?process?mainly?in?terms?of?contact?preparation,?customer?information?and?reporting?using?existing?tools?(SFA,...).
??Requirements:
Over?2?years?of?working?experience,?experience?on?sales?or?telephone?sales?in?automation?industry?is?preferred.
Customer?oriented,?good?communication?skill,?well-organized,?careful,?sense?of?responsibility,?urgency?and?ownership.
Good?learning?ability.
Good?command?in?English?and?PC?skill,?being?familiar?with?ERP?system?will?be?a?plus.?Good?communication?skills?as?well?as?the?ability?to?persuade.
