Your?tasks?and?responsibilities：
To?ensure?provide?proper?costing?to?any?generic?rate?enquiry.?
To?ensure?smooth?execution?and?door-to-door?monitoring?on?shipment?status?from?booking?till?POD.?
To?ensure?all?shipment?profiles?are?updated?into?system.?
To?ensure?coordinate?closely?with?the?endorsed?carriers.?
To?ensure?all?shipments?executed?are?profitable
To?ensure?all?cost?accrued?are?correct?and?all?invoices?are?reflecting?right?pricing.?
To?manage?customer?complaints?in?a?manner?that?provides?explanations?and?puts?customer?at?ease?
To?take?appropriate?corrective?action?and/or?notify?relevant?person?and?office?to?prevent?a?re-occurrence?of?customer?complaints.?
Your?skills?and?experience
To?be?considered,?you?should?be?able?to?handle?a?high?volume?of?daily?tasks,?including?shipment?billing?and?customer?enquiries.?You?should?also?be?familiar?with?using?Excel?for?data?and?cost?analysis.?You?have?good?telephone?skills?and?a?customer-focused?mindset.?
