??2、熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)干線運(yùn)輸,城市派送,碼頭柜操作,根據(jù)客戶的要求,及時(shí)滿足客戶需求,回復(fù)貨物運(yùn)輸狀態(tài)
??3、協(xié)調(diào)各部門的聯(lián)系,監(jiān)督貨物運(yùn)輸過程;協(xié)助客戶解決突發(fā)異常事項(xiàng),跟蹤解決客戶的緊急要求。
??4、在必要時(shí),實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤貨物運(yùn)輸狀況,如:緊急訂單,延時(shí)訂單,及時(shí)向客戶反饋信息。
??5、對(duì)庫存進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)控制,數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)。按月核對(duì)賬單并及時(shí)請(qǐng)款。
??6、根據(jù)客戶要求及公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)程式處理緊急特殊事件。
??7、與倉庫主管以及客戶聯(lián)系,協(xié)助客戶對(duì)倉庫的庫存進(jìn)行跟蹤管理。
??8、執(zhí)行管理者分派的特殊/臨時(shí)任務(wù)/項(xiàng)目。

資歷:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷
2、至少1年以上物流相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、良好的英文,粵語聽說讀寫能力
4、熟悉運(yùn)用Word、Excel
5、良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力
Resposibilities:
Process?import?and?export?declarations?including?preparation?of?necessary?documentation.?Liaise?with?customs?to?rectify?and?issues
1.Ensure?that?all?customer?order?is?fulfilled?daily?and?respond?shipment?enquiries?to?customer?on?a?timely?manner
2.Communicate?effectively?with?other?departments?to?monitor?transportation?issues?and?escalate?problems?as?per?the?escalation?procedure
3.Track?and?trace?shipments?where?necessary,?I.e.?critical?orders,?delayed?orders?etc.?and?communicate?progress?internally?and?to?customer
4.Preparation?of?monthly?performance?reports?to?the?Logistic?Customers
5.Receive?and?action?special?requirements?or?instructions?from?the?Customer?and?produce.
6.Coordinate?and?schedule?in-country?transport?movements-collections?and?deliveries,?and?communicate?to?warehouse?supervisor
7.Raise?personal?training?needs?with?Supervisor?to?support?other?activities
Qualifications:
1.College?and?above
2.Minimum?1?year?related?working?experience?in?airfreight?and?ocean?freight?forwarding/shipping/logistics?field
3.Fluent?of?spoken?and?written?English,?Mandarin?and?Cantonese
