1.?Maintain?the?Test?fixtures?and?do?the?Preventive?maintenance?on?time??
2.?Maintain?the?spare?parts??
3.?Support?repair?team?to?resolve?the?functional?failure?issues?
4.?Attend?and?repair?the?tester?if?it?is?down?and?control?the?tester?downtime??
5.?Support?new?test?setup?along?with?TDE?for?all?customer?consigned?equipment??
6.?Perform?Tester?qualification?along?with?TDE??
7.?Maintain?the?Test?Instruction?for?all?the?stages?and?keep?update?based?on?customer/?WELCO?process/ECN?changes??
8.?Make?the?tester?ready?based?on?production?plan??
9.?Make?good?relationship?with?customers?to?discussion?about?all?technical?related?issues??
10.?Inspect?electronics?to?ensure?compliance?with?all?applicable?regulations?and?safety?standards??
11.?Capable?of?applying?knowledge?to?troubleshoot?and?propose?solutions?for?electronics-?related?issues?for?Tester?and?Product?
12.?Train?the?test?technician’s?and?test?operator?about?tester?working?principle?and?product?working?principle??
13.?Understand?the?tester?wring?diagram?and?tester?wiring?design?and?product?working?principle??
14.?Know?about?the?test?instruments/?Equipments?and?functions??
15.?Monitor?and?plan?the?shift?and?work?allocate?to?the?test?technicians

Qualification:??
1.?College?degree?(electronic?specialty?is?better)?or?above??
2.?3?to?5?years?working?experience?in?testing?side.?Have?Teradyne?Z18XX?experience?is?preferred?for?us.????
3.?Good?written?&?oral?English.??
4.?Have?tester?development?experience?is?preferable.?
