1.?Manage?and?implement?new/change?requests?to?the?platform;
2.?Maintain?and?run?existing?script?to?export?and?import?information?from?and?into?the?platform;
3.?2nd?level?technical?support,?Incident?handling?for?overseas?users?within?SLA?timing;
4.?Manage?and?implement?requests?for?user?access?to?software?license,?repository?content?and?system?features;
5.?Manage?and?implement?requests?for?new?process?repository?or?project?folder;
6.?Manage?and?implement?process?publication?requests?in?the?process?repository;
7.?Perform?process?documentation?quality?and?impact?analysis?check?prior?to?process?publication?against?standard;
8.?Perform?period?housekeeping?of?the?process?repository;
9.?Model?business?processes?according?to?established?documentation?standard?in?the?process?repository?platform;
10.?Ensure?processes?are?reviewed,?signed-off?and?published?in?the?process?library
Requirement:
??Proficient?in?English?(oral?and?written?communication);
??Proficient?in?JAVA?coding?and?a?good?knowledge?and?familiarity?of?SQL;
??Good?analytical?trouble-shooting?skills?is?preferred;
